Nestled in the stunning mountain community of McCloud, California, our immersive art experiences are designed to help individuals connect, express, and heal through the power of creativity and the presence of our gentle equine partners.
Whether you're painting alongside a horse, drawing inspiration from the ranch, or simply letting your imagination run free, Art Immersion is about more than just making art—it's about making meaning.
Program Overview
Art and horses both speak a language beyond words. Together, they offer powerful tools for emotional release, reflection, and restoration. At Major’s Place, we believe creativity is not just a skill—it’s a path to wholeness.
Our Art Immersion sessions are guided by caring facilitators and are open to individuals of all artistic abilities.
Participants are invited to:

Create Freely: Use paints, pastels, clay, or natural materials to express your unique story.

No prior art experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Art Immersion sessions are available seasonally by appointment or as part of special events and community workshops.
