Our team follows up to talk through goals, scheduling, session type and whether a clinical or non-clinical program is the best fit.
3. Confirm and schedule
We finalize paperwork, discuss fees or scholarship support, and get your first session on the calendar at Willow Creek Ranch.
Good To Know
Before your first visit
- All Eagala sessions are 100% ground-based — there is no riding.
- Clinical sessions with Dee DeLeon, LPCC, NCC, TMPC are $150. Our partner therapist accepts Medi-Cal.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and clothing suited to the weather and the barn.
- Visits are by appointment only. Please note we do have dogs on the premises.
- Financial assistance is available — ask about our scholarship funds when you reach out.
