Major's Place
Clyde at Willow Creek Ranch

Hi friend,

I'm Clyde!

I'm a 2002 AQHA Quarter Horse from Arkansas. I made my way around this country before I landed in Mount Shasta as a trail guide and lesson horse. After years of hard work, I'm now embracing my third act as an equine therapist and horse artist. Come on over — let's play together!

All About Me

Clyde's Story

After years of working hard and being in service to a business for over a decade, I found a new home with Anne-Marie and Woody. My role was emotional support for the whole family, who desperately needed my rock-hard stability and steadiness in their herd.

I'm a been-there-done-that kind of guy. Take me into the wilderness, shoot a gun off my back — I'm not scared. My steadfast spirit has brought groundedness and healing to Major and Anne-Marie. I made our family whole. While Anne-Marie calls me her angel, I am quite mischievous, and I'm not afraid of causing a little trouble.

I love to experience the world through my senses, especially with my muzzle. You may find that I want to greet you by playing with your palm with my lips. Don't leave me unattended too long, because my curiosity will get the best of me — next thing you know, I'll be playing with your sweater or wearing your purse around my neck.

I love color, and my great curiosity makes me an exceptional partner when it comes to creating art. Let's make something together!

Welcome to Major's Place. Here, you are enough just as you are.
